2024 was a year of significant progress for Civic Builders. We expanded our footprint by entering seven new geographies across the nation, all in areas with great need. Our portfolio surpassed 100 schools—a milestone that amplifies both the expanding impact and ongoing need for our work. We launched a new, innovative financial product, the FIF Predevelopment Fund, designed to address a critical resource gap that many early-stage charter schools face.
