We celebrated the third cohort – our largest one yet – of our EFA program, a collaborative effort between Civic Builders and four other sponsoring organizations to recruit and train early-stage professionals to succeed in mission-driven financial services roles. Since launching the program in 2021, we have received over 400 applicants. To date, Civic Builders has onboarded four full-time EFA fellows through the program. Civic is excited to have Rennic Liverpool, Sarah Tate, and Fatoumata Soumahoro currently contributing to the organization through this initiative.
Civic Builders honored Brahm Cramer, our deeply committed and passionate former Board Chairperson, at our 2023 Benefit. A member of Civic Builders’ Board of Directors for nearly 20 years, Brahm served as Board Chair from 2013 through 2022. Under his leadership and guidance, Civic Builders achieved critical milestones on behalf of school partners and students in underserved communities, including the launch and growth of Civic Builders’ financial products, which provide high-quality schools with access to affordable capital nationwide.
